By choosing a welding machine on the EURO-WELDING website, you are guaranteed that it is designed by a French or European manufacturer complying with the EN 60974-1 manufacturing standard.
Compliance with this EN 60974-1 standard by the manufacturer guarantees that the equipment produced is intended for industrial and professional use, and that with regard to the rules relating to electromagnetic compatibility, this equipment is rated class A.
It is your responsibility to check the following points before any use
- That the electrical network used when operating this type of equipment is properly earthed
- That the electrical line to which you connect the welding machine is controlled by a fuse whose amperage is in line with that indicated on the nameplate of the machine or that indicated in the supplier's manual.
Depending on the model of machine that interests you, specifically its power in Amperes or its type of current (single-phase or three-phase), it is your responsibility to contact your electricity supplier to ensure that you have the appropriate subscription.
-Pacemaker wearers should consult a doctor before using this equipment. Exposure to electromagnetic fields during welding may have other effects on health that are not yet known.
As a general rule, as with any other tool, it is essential to read the user manual provided with the machine, including the safety instructions, before using this equipment.

Products that perfectly meet the demands of the market and its own customers — this is the permanent offer proposed by HELVI. For around forty years, the company has established itself in the world of welding as the ideal partner for the research and development of technological solutions.
It was a young technician seeking both quality and a spirit of innovation who created the HELVI brand in 1975. The company began producing and marketing welding equipment and battery chargers. The company, proud of its roots, directs its human and professional commitment towards the production and promotion of products developed and refined as a "family", seeking in the motivation and training of its staff ever more innovative management solutions, and in the enrichment of its own know-how, the key to growth and renewal. This is how the traditional range dedicated to welding (MMA, MIG/MAG and TIG) and plasma cutting has been enriched with numerous generator models — thyristor-based, synergic and multifunction — as well as single-phase and three-phase inverters for welding and plasma cutting.
Whatever the demands of the customer, the craftsman or the professional welder, HELVI is capable of offering a product that meets the highest standards in terms of quality and reliability, from portable models for small applications to industrial applications for intensive or robotic use. To achieve this, HELVI is dedicated to the research and development of constantly innovative products, created in close cooperation with end users who hold cutting-edge applications. The company always aims to go further in welding performance, while combining this with improvements in safety and energy consumption.
In 2017, HELVI's engineers created a brand-new range of Inverter welding machines meeting the highest user demands. The new "EVO – Bright Evolution" concept combines technical improvements in the field of hardware as well as in terms of software. The strengths of the EVO range are numerous, ranging from the presence of the latest-generation microprocessors to the use of advanced control algorithms guaranteeing high welding performance, along with greater responsiveness in the event of conditions or variations in the electric arc. Furthermore, a new arc dynamic prevents spatter, and the new arc performance makes it possible to use all types of electrodes in all welding positions. Other strengths of this new concept include the optional Bluetooth interface for auto-darkening welding helmets, rapid updating via a USB port and welding data analysis.
